Mohan Sivaloganathan is known as the “Batman of Social Impact” as a nonprofit leader by day and hip-hop artist by night, while never losing sight of his most important roles as father, husband, son, brother, and friend. Throughout his career, Mohan has supported local and national organizations in orchestrating sustainable transformation and systems change for education, civic engagement, racial equity, and social justice. Mohan is the founder of Harmonious Leadership, a movement to rewrite the rules for leadership and social change. Prior to launching Harmonious Leadership, Mohan served as the CEO of Our Turn, a national, youth-led movement working to close the opportunity gaps for young people. Mohan was awarded the “40 Under 40 Rising Star” by New York Nonprofit Media and a “Next Generation Leader” by the Human Services Council. Mohan’s keynote talks and thought leadership have been featured by TED, ESPN, Fast Company, Stanford Social Innovation Review, New York University, Good is the New Cool, Fordham University, Net Impact, Penn State University, Synergos Institute, the University of San Diego, and more.

Dharshana is a bridge builder and currently acts as the MD/COO of Jeeva Productions Inc. and the Head of Business Development for Redsky Advertising, with a career spanning 14 years, he began his journey in the tea industry in Sri Lanka, navigating the complexities of managing over 2,500 employees and achieving the highest revenue-to-labour ratio in the region.
Drawn to the dynamism of new media and its power to transform mindsets, Dharshana made a bold career shift. The past seven years saw him developing digital strategies for giants like TV Derana and Pulse.lk, where his unique experience and natural talent proved effective, allowing him to flourish and consistently bring in increased revenue and expand client portfolios.
Dharshana understands the profound impact that communication plays in building a productive team. Forging strong relationships by fostering a shared sense of purpose his empathetic and human-centred approach, creates environments conducisve to the creative process. Combined with his sharp business acumen backed by an MBA from Birmingham City University, this makes him a leader who inspires and drives results.

Joshuah is a young and upcoming filmmaker based in Sri Lanka, boasts over 7 years of experience in the industry. Starting as a VFX Artist and Editor before establishing himself as the Director of Agna Film Productions, his portfolio encompasses directing, editing, and a primary focus on production design for award-winning short films and documentaries. He made his foray into filmmaking with the Tamil production "Komaali Kings" in 2018. Grounded in a passion for visual storytelling, he endeavors to bring a unique perspective to each project, contributing to the diverse tapestry of cinema with dedication and authenticity.
Thisara Balasooriya | Director of Photography

Thisara is a versatile cinematographer and editor with almost a decade of technical experience in a wide range of filming styles such as documentaries, commercials, interviews, fashion and music. In addition to cinematography, Thisara is a skilled video editor and serves as one of the leading in-house video editors for Jeeva Productions.
Thisara is also a highly skilled qualified drone pilot with over three years experience in arial imaging. His aerial imaging is used in productions with CNN's Call to Earth segments, as well as many local productions in the tourism sector.
His work has been actively featured in platforms such as TFI France, Roar Sri Lanka and Pulse LK.
Yoni Auerbach | Partnerships Lead

Yoni Auerbach is a social impact leader, relationship builder, and partnerships strategist. As the Partnerships Lead, Yoni co-created documentary screening and leadership workshop programming designed to inspire value-driven leadership for young adults. He works closely with student organizations and college administrators to bring these impactful programs to campuses nationwide.
In addition to his role with In Pursuit Of and Harmonious Leadership, Yoni serves as a corporate partnerships manager for Share Our Strength, the organization behind the No Kid Hungry campaign, where he works with companies like Citi, Macy’s Inc., and Warner Bros. Discovery to raise funds and awareness to end childhood hunger in America. Yoni's career began at American Corporate Partners (ACP), a nonprofit dedicated to helping military service members transition to civilian careers. There, he managed professional development mentorships, supported corporate fundraising efforts, and played a key role in training and mentoring new staff members.
Throughout his career, Yoni has been committed to forging meaningful partnerships and championing social impact initiatives that leave a lasting footprint on causes like hunger, veteran welfare, and youth leadership.
Ernie Grigg | Communications Lead

Ernie Grigg has two decades of experience working for a variety of political campaigns, nonprofit organizations, and foundations throughout the world. As a messaging strategist and speechwriter, he has counseled senior leadership at a wide range of organizations including the Democratic National Committee, ExxonMobil, and the Qatar Foundation. Most recently, Ernie served as the managing director of external affairs at the Campaign for Our Shared Future. Under Ernie, the nonprofit quickly established itself as a thought leader on the intersection of politics and education, and he personally provided crisis counsel to elected officials and education leaders around the United States. Additionally, Ernie is the founder of the American Institute of Integrated Marketing, and he has served on the public relations faculty of the University of South Carolina and New York University.
